Scott Cole is the sole principal of Scott Cole Enterprises LLC (SCE).
I have operated as a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant since 1989, and have been self employed in that capacity since 2004.
I began trading futures in 1994 after learning some some spread trading strategies. Soon after, I learned the Turtle Trading System made famous by legendary trader Richard Dennis. I learned this system from former Turtle Russell Sands.
Initial success, followed by subsequent failure piqued my interest in the futures markets, and I went on to participate in the markets in a variety of ways since. This included work as an execution trader with CTA Brandywine Asset Management, an AP with Eiger International, Inc., branch manager with Eiger, and then Index Futures, and then on to become principal of his own brokerage under the SCE banner.
Throughout the last 25+ years, I have conducted substantial research into the development of trading strategies for the futures markets. Armed with my knowledge of the Turtle Trading system, and strategies learned through colleagues throughout the industry, I have developed an understanding of what approaches should work best for individual traders not shackled to the need to trade systematically.
SCE Advisory was developed to offer my proprietary insights to individual investors interested in the opportunities offered in the futures markets.
